Dr. Fred Singer, Atmospheric Physicist and Founder of the SEPP & VA-SEEE
Dr. Singer is one of the lead authors of “Climate Change Reconsidered,” a report of the Nongovernmental International Panel on Climate Change (NIPCC), which provides an analysis of the climate data used by the UN-sponsored International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). He will discuss the latest climate research and how it undermines the theory of anthropomorphic global warming (AGW), problems with the climate models, and new thinking on Climategate and the Hockey-stick graph.

Mr. Haapala will take a look at energy and environment issues from a political,
judicial and economic perspective including: recent accomplishments in the US Congress;
energy production and Washington's war on coal, oil and gas; the feasibility of
wind and solar projects; the status of litigation against the EPA; and more!
Dr. Charles Battig, President - Piedmont Chapter VA-SEEE
Mr. Battig will discuss his experience battling Agenda 21 & ICLEI in Albemarle County, VA.
