George Clowes, The Heartland Institute's senior fellow for education policy, will speak on October 24 to the Wisconsin Forum, a 38-year-old organization devoted to ensuring a "marketplace of ideas."

Clowes served as founding managing editor of School Reform News between November 1996 and January 2005. During those eight years he interviewed many of the founders and leading advocates of school choice in the U.S., including Milton Friedman, Myron Lieberman, J. Patrick Rooney, Marva Collins, Paul Peterson, John Kirtley, David Brennan, and many more.
