    On Thursday, October 13, The Heartland Institute will host its Seventh Emerging Issues Forum (EIF), a day-long policy conference in Chicago bringing elected officials, policy experts, and Heartland supporters from around the country together to discuss the biggest public policy issues on the horizon. The event will take place at the University Club, 76 East Monroe Street in downtown Chicago.
