Joe Bell

Joe Bell is a retired professor of economics at Missouri State University. Bell's tenure as a member of the Department of Economics began in 1971. He retired in 2006.  During this time he also served as the Director of the Center for Economic Research, producing bi-annual reports on economic activity in the Ozarks region.
