Paul Chesser

Paul Chesser is an associate fellow for the National Legal and Policy Center and publishes CarolinaPlottHound.com, an aggregator of North Carolina news. He formerly served as director of Climate Strategies Watch, which assesses the development of global warming politices in the states. Chesser's articles have appeared in a wide range of U.S. media outlets, and he is a regular contributor and blogger for American Spectator Online and the Cooler Heads Coalition. He lives and work in Raleigh, North Carolina.
