E.J. McMahon: Ending New York's 'Temporary' Income Tax Hike Would Send Good Signal
Higher taxes on upper-income earners in New York are supposed to expire at the end of the year, but government labor unions and many Democrat lawmakers prefer to extend the high taxes. The Manhattan Institute's E.J. McMahon says ending the increases would send a good signal to entrepreneurs. Extending them would drive more job-creators out of state.
