Talmadge Heflin: End Property Tax

Talmadge Heflin of the Texas Public Policy Foundation recently spent more than one hour testifying before and answering questions from a state panel regarding a proposal to end the property tax in Texas and replace it with a higher sales tax. Heflin says businesses and residents would benefit.
