Doug Kellogg: Farm Bill Provision Would Raise Dairy Prices

Buried deep inside the nearly $1 trillion farm bill is a provision for a "Dairy Market Stabilization Program" that would have the likely effect of raising prices of milk, cheese and other products made from milk. Doug Kellogg of the National Taxpayers Union has the details.
