Tad DeHaven: Sequestration's the Latest Manufactured Crisis

Automatic cuts in federal spending are supposed to occur March 1 unless Congress and the president agree to avoid them. Republicans and Democrats in Congress and the White House are predicting widespread pain if spending cuts are made, but Cato Institute budget analyst Tad DeHaven says sequestration is a "manufactured crisis."
