Phil Kerpen: Fight the EPA's attempts to impose greenhouse gas emission

ECN PODCAST - Phil Kerpen, president of American Commitment discusses a coalition letter that he recently circulated and Heartland signed onto, encouraging states to fight the EPA's attempts to impose greenhouse gas emission reductions on the states. He argues that the EPA because does not have the authority to impose the regulations on the states, it is trying through threats to get the states to adopt their own cap-and-trade or other CO2 restricting policies. The EPA is saying to the states, do what we want or else we will impose worse policies on you. However, Phil shows that the EPA's threats are hollow.
