Clintons Ride Out on the Horse They Came in on

Conrad Meier –
May 5, 1998

In this document for Heartland, Conrad Meier asserts that as the Clintons ride out of the oval office, they leave, among other things, a federal bureaucracy in control of 42 percent of all health-care dollars. In other words, Bill, Hillary and their accomplices have seen to it that the government will control as much of the trillion-dollar health-care market it can grab. The Clinton legacy also includes responsibility for the passage of bad health-care social policy that is directly responsible for the historically high numbers of uninsured Americans-almost 46 million now and growing.
