Comments to Board of Scientific Counselors Human Health Risk Assessment Subcommittee U.S. Environmental Protection Agency
I would like to make comments relevant to human health risk assessment. I have been
conducting high quality, peer reviewed epidemiologic research for almost 35 years, focusing on
the relationship between major lifestyle factors and mortality in well defined cohorts in
California and the United States. I have been a member of the UCLA faculty
(http://www.cancer.mednet.ucla.edu) since 1976, a Fellow of the American College of
Epidemiology (http://www.acepidemiology2.org) since 1981, and President of the Scientific
Integrity Institute (http://www.scientifintergrityinstitute.org) since 2005.
