A U.N. conference on global warming was recently held in Berlin and sputtered to end without reaching any firm decision on reducing the industrial emissions thought to cause dangerous climate change. There are probably many reasons the delegates decided to take no action, but one is surely the growing recognition that global warming fears are greatly exaggerated.
