New Source Review: Recommendations
June 1, 2002
The President's National Energy Policy Report directed the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), in consultation with Department of Energy (DOE) and other relevant agencies, to review the New Source Review (NSR) program and to issue a report on the impact of the program on investment in new utility and refinery generation capacity, energy efficiency and environmental protection.
