Petition for Reconsideration of the Endangerment and Cause or Contribute Findings for Greenhouse Gases Under Section 202(a) of the Clean Air Act, 74 Fed. Reg. 66496 (Dec. 15, 2009) of Arthur G. Randol III, Ph.D.

Dr. Randol urges EPA to convene new full evidentiary hearings on its Endangerment Finding. Among other things, Dr. Randol cites emails from the Climate Research Unit at the University of East Anglia in the U.K, including one which notes "In my (perhaps too harsh) view, there have been a number of dishonest presentations of model results by individual authors and by IPCC." Dr. Randol also notes EPA itself concedes computer modeling uncertainties.
