Not many people would associates tobacco with nutrition, but it is from this pairing that Tabacur was created about a year ago.

Bill Smart, who also owns a firm that manufactures and markets nutritional supplements, founded the Denver company after doing research on the health of tobacco users. "I discovered that this market is not being served," he says.

During his investigation, Smart discovered from a host of medical research that antioxidant supplementation can lower the risk of smoking illnesses. This led to the creation of the company's sole product call ReplenishMints, breath mints that contain a blend of antioxidants to help combat the harmful oxidants in cigarette smoke.
