Brian Costin, assistant director of government relations for The Heartland Institute, will be a guest Wednesday, August 12 on "Chicago Tonight," the Chicago area's premier public-affairs broadcast program.
Costin will discuss the proposed tax increase to benefit Chicago Public Schools. The proposal is supported by Mayor Richard M. Daley and CPS Chief Executive Ron Huberman.
The program airs at 7 p.m. CDT on WTTW-TV Channel 11, the public broadcasting outlet.
