In 2009, Illinois has faced widespread budget woes, out-of-control spending sprees, and rumblings of tax hikes. Our neighbor Indiana, meanwhile, boasts healthy budgets and a business-friendly climate. What's the difference ... and what can we do about it?

On Friday, October 2, join the Illinois Policy Institute and The Heartland Institute as we host Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels for a lunch, talk, and Q & A session regarding the policy successes of Indiana--and what Illinois can learn from those successes.
