Heartland Institute Climate Expert Talking Harmful EPA Regs at CPAC-Florida on Friday

James M. Taylor, senior fellow for environment policy at The Heartland Institute and managing editor of Environment & Climate News, will be part of a panel discussion Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the CPAC meeting at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

Taylor will be moderating a discussion titled “An Inconvenient Truth? Can We Balance Our Energy Needs with Environmental Stewardship in a Post-BP Spill World?” Other speakers scheduled to participate in the panel discussion include:
