Steven Titch
Steven Titch is a policy analyst at Reason Foundation focusing on telecommunications, Internet and information technology. He is also a policy advisor to The Heartland Institute. He has also served as managing editor of InfoTech & Telecom News (IT&T News) published by The Heartland Institute and provides strategic market research and analysis as a private consultant. His columns have appeared in Investor's Business Daily, Total Telecom, and America's Network, among others.
Titch also was co-founder and executive producer of Security Squared, a business-to-business Web publication covering IT convergence in physical security and surveillance. Previously, Titch was editor of Network-Centric Security and director of editorial projects for Data Communications magazine. He also has held the positions of editorial director of Telephony, editor of Global Telephony magazine, Midwest bureau chief of Communications Week, associate editor-communications at Electronic News.
