Human Health Effects of Warming and Cooling

The second International Conference on Climate Change, ICCC-2, took place in March 2009 in New York City. The theme for ICCC-2 was “Global Warming: Was It Ever Really a Crisis?”. The conference demonstrated that the number of global warming “realists” is growing rapidly, and the scientific community is turning against alarmism.
