Erin Shannon: Seattle's $15 Minimum Wage Already Causing Economic Harm

The Seattle City Council recently voted to force all employers to pay all employees at least $15 an hour. Even though the requirement does not begin to take effect until April 2015, some employers are already scaling back plans to expand in the city -- and even outside the city. Erin Shannon, director of the Center for Small Business at the Washington Policy Center, explains how Seattle's decision could affect employers and employees for the worse all across the area.
