David Hoyt
Executive Director of Development
David Hoyt is the Executive Director of Development at The Heartland Institute.
Prior to Heartland, David led the development departments of Young Americans for Liberty, Project Veritas, and others. He has served as a fundraising consultant for more than other 30 public policy nonprofit organizations and members of congress.
He lives in Jacksonville Beach, Florida with his wife, two wonderful daughters, and ill-mannered dog. He and his wife also served together on the founding board of Cornerstone Classical Academy, a new classical charter school in Jacksonville, Florida.
