Hughes joins the podcast to to talk about the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s new deeming rules on vaping products and e-cigarettes.

E-cigarettes and vaporized nicotine products are getting a lot of attention right now. In May, the FDA took authority upon itself to “deem” these new products as tobacco products, which requires manufacturing companies to go through all of the regulations and standards that the tobacco companies currently comply to.
