Alexander William Salter

Assistant Professor of Economics, Texas Tech University, Rawls College of Business

Salter is also a policy advisor for The Heartland Institute. 

Alexander earned his Ph.D. in Economics from George Mason University in 2014.  His research focuses on monetary institutions and policy, market process economics, and political economy.
