Heartland’s Emerging Issues Center (EIC) exists to spotlight the critical challenges that are too often buried beneath the noise of daily headlines. In an era when sensational stories dominate the media cycle, the EIC cuts through the distraction to identify and elevate underreported threats to American sovereignty, individual liberty, and free-market capitalism. Through rigorous research, proactive engagement, and strategic communication, the EIC brings overlooked issues, ranging from international regulatory overreach and election vulnerabilities to emerging technologies and assaults on property rights, into the center of public debate. Acting as the “tip of the spear” and a true vanguard for liberty, the EIC equips lawmakers, influencers, and citizens with the insights needed to defend foundational freedoms and confront the challenges that will shape the future of American society.
