Danielle Carl
Danielle Carl serves as Special Advisor to the President of The Heartland Institute. She brings extensive high-level executive experience, strategic development expertise, and a strong commitment to advancing freedom, sound science, and free-market principles.
Before joining Heartland, Danielle held senior executive support and leadership roles at major organizations including The Walt Disney Company and Netflix (supporting the Chief Sustainability Officer). She also serves as Vice President of Ways and Means for the Republican Women of Simi Valley and Moorpark, where she leads donor engagement, events, and grassroots initiatives.
Danielle is passionate about donor stewardship, organizational excellence, and empowering women in conservative leadership.
Outside of work, Danielle enjoys community involvement, supporting first responders, and advancing Christian education and parental rights. She lives in California.
