Danielle Carl serves as Special Advisor to the President of The Heartland Institute. She brings more than 15 years of high-level executive experience supporting senior leadership at The Walt Disney Company and Netflix (including the Office of the Chief Sustainability Officer).

Danielle brings deep operational expertise and an insider’s perspective on corporate sustainability efforts. She specializes in strategic operations, stakeholder coordination, and organizational excellence. She is passionate about advancing freedom, sound science, free-market principles, and effective donor stewardship.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys community involvement, supporting first responders, and advancing Christian education and parental rights.
