Dawn Curry

Dawn Curry is a database administrator at The Heartland Institute. She joined Heartland in 2023.

Dawn is a business professional with extensive experience in planning, operations, and data management.  Prior to joining The Heartland Institute, she worked at Naviga where she gained valuable project management methodologies.

Dawn also served as a Regional Planning Manager with Gannett, where she played a key role in digital subscriber growth and implemented numerous cost savings initiatives. 

With a passion for American liberty Dawn brings 20-plus years of business management experience and a strong commitment to free-market principles and personal responsibility to the Heartland team to further the organization’s mission.

Dawn lives in rural Northern Illinois with her wonderful husband, she has two beautiful daughters, an amazing grandson, and two extremely spoiled German Shepherds.
