Chilton previously was a researcher and administrator (for 24 years) at the Weidenbaum Center on the Economy, Government, and Public Policy (formerly Center for the Study of American Business) at Washington University in St. Louis. His biography is included in the 61st edition 2007 Who’s Who in America.
