John E. Windschill

Policy Advisor, The Heartland Institute

John E. Windschill, now a Policy Advisor for The Heartland Institute, retired from a long career in the nuclear power industry in 2013. Among other companies, Windschill worked for Nothern States Power, Nuclear Management Company, and XCEL Energy.

Windschill earned a degree in Natural Science from St. John’s University before obtaining a Master’s degree in Environmental Health/Health Physics from the University of Minnesota.
