Lois Perry

Executive Director, Heartland UK/Europe

Lois Perry is the Executive Director of Heartland UK/Europe. She is a former leader of the UK Independence Party (UKIP) and the founder of Car26, an organization opposed to Great Britain’s headlong direction of Net Zero by 2030.

Ms. Perry joined The Heartland Institute as the Executive Director of Heartland UK/Europe in 2024.
