Ward Lafleur
Policy Advisor, The Heartland Institute
Lafleur graduated from Louisiana State University in 1980 with an undergraduate degree in Economics and thereafter attended Louisiana State University Law Center, where he graduated in 1983. He is a member of the Federal Bar Association, Louisiana Bar Association, Maritime Law Association and other professional organizations and is licensed to practice in all federal and state courts in Louisiana.
Over the years, he has lectured and made presentations for Continuing Legal Education programs and other industry seminars in the special areas of expertise listed above.
