Dr. Roy Spencer’s testimony to the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee hosted by Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-California). Spencer states that although humans do have some warming impact over the climate, it’s difficult to determine that level of influence among natural variations, especially with a well-understood knowledge about climate sensitivity, which few scientists actively research.

Dr. Roy Spencer was a Senior Scientist for Climate Studies at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center, where he and Dr. John Christy received NASA’s Exceptional Scientific Achievement Medal for their global temperature monitoring work with satellites.
