A 54-page collection of essays addressing prescription drug regulation, first assembled for distribution to state attorneys general and speakers at a January 2005 Presidential Initiative Meeting of the National Association of Attorneys General in Chicago.

The Heartland Institute hosted events coinciding with the NAAG meeting with writers, speakers, and advisors who support removing regulatory barriers to innovation, increasing consumer choices, and fostering greater individual responsibility.
