William and Helen Diehl Fiscal Policy Fellow, The Buckeye Institute for Public Policy Solutions

LampmanĀ has written policy briefs addressing non-competitive elements of Ohio’s public works bidding process and unsustainable trends in state spending. He has also studied cost-effective school choice programs, regulatory obstacles to accessible and affordable healthcare, and labor market impacts of occupational licensing.

He graduated cum laude from John Carroll University in 2012 with a BA in Economics, and will graduate from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2017.
