Climate Realist Invites Public Scrutiny

Published May 24, 2007

The May 13 letter to the editor, “Don’t use lawyer to sell science,” summarizes the tone of last week’s global warming debate. I repeatedly presented scientific evidence, quoting verbatim from multiple science publications and scientific studies, supporting the reality that global warming is not a crisis. Unable to present any hard evidence to support their assertions that global warming is a crisis, the other side could do no better than lower itself to ad hominem attacks.

For the benefit of those who were unable to attend the debate on a topic of such fervent interest, I invite the Express-Times to publish a transcript of the debate, which was videotaped by Assemblyman Doherty’s staff. Let the readers judge for themselves what the science says!
