Joseph W. Milligan
Milligan was previously the executive vice president of Fundación Libertad, a nonprofit public policy think tank based in San Juan, Puerto Rico He is a contributing writer for Think Freely Media and a policy advisor to The Heartland Institute.
His experience spans several industries including mortgage lending, sales, hospitality, customer service, food and beverage, political campaigns, government legislatures, and public policy. As a writer, his work has been featured in such prominent outlets as The Wall Street Journal, The Hill, and Caribbean Business, among others.
A native of Michigan, Joseph attended Oakland University and Rochester College.
