FCC Poised to Choke Internet Innovation

The new chairman of the Federal Communications Commission concedes he “cannot know what tomorrow holds on the Internet,” but he intends to lead the FCC into a new regulatory thicket as if he does.

And the result would choke the greatest engine of innovation in modern times.
