Heartland President Joseph Bast will address municipal broadband and Senior Fellow Steven Titch will discuss regulatory reform. Two other panelists will address health care issues—Merrill Mathews Jr. of the Council for Affordable Health Insurance on insurance regulation, and Dan Mindus of the Center for Consumer Freedom on obesity.
