Lite Drinkers

Published May 1, 2013

Beer drinkers from three different states are hoping to collect some drinking money by suing Anheuser-Busch. They claim 11 different beers did not have as much alcohol content as advertised.

Plaintiffs claim to have purchased up to four cases of Bud a month, which should lend weight to their testimony.

The plaintiffs seek $5 million in damages, including disgorgement of monies wrongfully obtained because the beverages did not conform to the promises of alcohol content.
