Mark your calendars for the Cato Institute’s city seminar “Cato Perspectives 2003,” Thursday, October 9 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Chicago.
The Cato Institute, a free-market think tank headquartered in Washington, D.C., is committed to developing policy options that promote individual liberty and limited government.
The luncheon speaker will be Robert Novak, co-host of CNN’s Evans, Novak, Hunt & Shields, co-executive producer and panelist on Capital Gang, and co-host of Crossfire.
The keynote speaker will be Andrew P. Napolitano, senior judicial analyst for Fox News Channel. Judge Napolitano is an outspoken defender of civil liberties – the subject of his forthcoming book – and will discuss protecting liberty in an age of terror.
