Ohio lawmakers have an opportunity to open technological and job creation opportunities as they begin the task of rewriting the state’s telecommunications laws. The Discovery Institute estimates the economic impact of real telecommunications reform could total $5 billion over the next five years.

Please join us at a Telecom Reform Forum at the Hyatt on Capitol Square, Columbus, where we will hear from some of the nation’s leading free-market experts on telecom reform, who will answer your questions and encourage further consideration of these stimulating ideas. Our speakers will discuss tax fairness, the case for regulatory reform, and more.

The Heartland Institute Telecom Reform Forum will take place on Tuesday, February 17, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
