Retail Clinic Rules Miss the Mark in Massachusetts

Retail clinics provide accessible, affordable services at transparent prices that can benefit the uninsured (“States Roll Out Retail-Clinic Rules,” August 9). The point of passing the Massachusetts Commonwealth Care Plan was to provide access to health service for all residents. Massachusetts missed the mark.
