House to Hold Field Hearings Today on Florida Water Nutrient Restrictions

The U.S House of Representatives Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations will hold a field hearing today in Orlando, Florida, regarding water nutrient restrictions proposed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

The hearing, entitled “EPA’s Takeover of Florida’s Nutrient Water Quality Standard Setting: Impact on Communities and Job Creation,” will be held at the University of Central Florida Alumni Center located in Building 126 at 4000 Central Florida Boulevard, Orlando, Florida 32816. It will begin at 10:00 a.m. and is expected to be a full-day event. The public is welcome to listen to testimony, ask questions, and offer their comments.
