Until citizens rebel against the hirings of cousins, crooks and cronies, the awarding of rigged and no-bid contracts, the turning of blind eyes toward criminals who call themselves cops, and the use of “economic development” in wealthy areas while rundown areas languish, those who receive no government paychecks, contracts or subsidies will see their wallets emptied by Stroger, Daley, and their minions.
