Kristi Lacroix, a Wisconsin teacher, explains why teachers and the public deserve paycheck protection. Paycheck protection is a law that prohibits taxpayers from collecting dues and campaign contributions on behalf of unions.
Lacroix is also a representative of the Association of American Educators, a nonunion teacher association that provides many of the same benefits as unions, such as liability insurance. AAE does not collectively bargain or participate in politics.
